Do You Have A Millionaire Mind?

By Daegan Smith

While there are individuals born wealthy, there are those who attended good schools and attained college degrees that paved for their financial success; and there are others who even without a degree have managed to become wealthy.

Thus, people can’t understand and wonder that while some are trying to work so hard as employees to get by their finances, others — some did not reach college at all — are very much financially comfortable, having enough fortune to last a lifetime.

Are there secrets to their success? What do they know that makes them so wealthy?

There is no secret. The answer to this lies in each one. It’s just all in their way of thinking. Rich and successful individuals program their minds to be successful; they have what is known as a “millionaire mindset”. This sets the financially successful persons apart from all the rest.

In fact, according to psychologists, all individuals possess a certain characteristic to be successful and be a millionaire! All are born to be winners; however only a few understands this and recognize this ability to benefit and exploit the chances and possibilities buried inside your mind.

The hidden and unconscious idea and beliefs you have concerning wealth, money and success will decide the results that you will acquire in your life.

Your mind is extremely powerful. It has the power to either be of advantage to you and help achieve your goal, or keep you from attaining success that you aspire in your business.

For instance, when you think that wealth or money is difficult to acquire, then definitely you will find it hard acquiring money or obtaining success. Despite all your hard work to attain and accomplish goal or objective, you'll continuously lack to some extent something that is vital to your achievement and success.

When you discover that you possess a poor or deficient mindset, there is still a chance that you can change your way of thinking. Here’s how:

1. Bring an end to all negative and unconstructive thoughts. Instead contemplate on positive ideas and beliefs. Never think bad about others, always see the good side in each one.

2. Visualize. Work first on your mind before you work hard on acquiring money. Don’t be troubled with your bills constantly, never let it get in your way. Act and find ways to solve such problems. Visualize that you have already the cash that is needed and hang onto that image.

3. Take responsibility for all that you do. Do not blame others for the problems that you are facing. Remember that you are responsible for all that you do, and the results that come out of it. With this, try to understand that you can accomplish and reach whatever you desire from your life.

5. Give emphasis on only the positive. As what the law of attraction says, you magnetize whatever or anything that you give attention or concentration to. Meaning that when you concentrate on what it is that you want, ultimately, you can have it. People can generate vibration with thoughts and feelings. What you draw to yourself, including situations and individuals, is the outcome of what you created. Consequently, if you generate a bad vibration, everyone around you will feel it.

6. Love whatever you do. You can not spend long hours of work if you are not enjoying it, if you do not love it. You will really find success only if you enjoy what you do. When you love your work, you will not notice hours that go by when working because you are enjoying it. It will not be work, but a passion, that you will strive to give quality results.

7. Believe in yourself. Believe and trust that you are worthy to receive only the best and the finest that this lifetime can give and you will definitely be provided and blessed.

8. Do not envy the success of others. Be happy when others achieve something, when others are blessed; meaning, be glad in the achievement of others so that you create a positive attitude and you can attract good vibrations.

Try and develop a millionaires mind. This will not only lead you to wealth and success, but also a life of contentment and abundance of friends. That is, if we really look deep into it, wealth is not only based on money, but on friendship, that is your true treasures.

Don't Just Brand Your Business, Brand Yourself

By Barbara Gabogrecan

This title means what it says... don't just brand your business, but brand yourself! 'You are your business' - especially in the Micro and HBB (Home Based Business) sector. It is very important for potential clients to trust you as well as your business. So put some energy into branding yourself, as well as your business.

Have a personal plan for branding yourself and keep it updated. Log your goals and put them to a time frame. Be specific. This type of action plan is very important if you really want to see results.

Promote yourself strongly. When someone asks 'what do you do' - have a verbal logo ready! This is an important part of branding yourself and your product; particularly if you are in the service industry.

To make a verbal logo, start with a negative e.g. define the problem; and conclude with a positive e.g. offer a solution; and point out your unique point of difference. An example of a good verbal logo is: "Most Micro and HBB operators struggle with marketing tactics to help their business grow. Together, with the operators, I develop practical, simple marketing strategies that are both affordable and effective."

How do you present yourself? You do not have to be a 'glamorous chick' or a 'handsome hunk or ham' - but you do need to have a visual signature as part of your personal brand.

The way you look can be repeated and recognised. Wear a hat and have become known for that (as has Molly Meldrum); wear some outrageous jewellery or a bow tie - dare to be different!

Your brand should play on your personality characteristics. One of these characteristics should be the ability to show your passion. If you really do believe in a certain behaviour or belief - that will show in everything you do.

Have a philosophy of 'what can I do for you?' rather than 'what's in it for me' and constantly think of how to put that into action. Others notice this and comment on it. It helps set you apart from competitors.

And just how important is it to be always thinking of others? Very important! Those hand-written notes, prompt email or phone follow ups, can set you aside from most, as it seems to be a forgotten art of etiquette by many. If networking is important to you (and I hope it is) these thoughtful acts will build and strengthen the relationships that you are trying to build.

Your brand needs to come to the fore when networking. Targeted networking can be much more successful than accidental networking. Make contact with those who are of interest to you and stay in touch with them.

Choose those that you can help and those that can help you. Remember the philosophy 'what can I do for you?' By helping others become successful, you will be building a network of positive, supportive people who will help you when you need and ask for it.

Strengthen your brand by recognising what you are good at, and then build on it. Don't waste time trying to improve on skills that you do not have... that will only hold you back from developing and growing the skills you do have. To be known as an expert in your field will strengthen your brand's position in the community.

Once you have positioned yourself as an expert, the media can do much to further promote you, as you become the person they will contact for comments.

Write articles, e-books and online newsletters. You will soon become well known within your niche. Undertake speaking engagements for community groups, council networking groups and any other business groups you can find.

Keep developing and distributing interesting media releases to enhance the 'word of mouth' promotion, by making it sizzle! You need to be HOT!

To help build your brand, choose a charity or association that you feel passionate about… the more you enjoy what you are doing, the stronger your brand will become. To enable you to put more time into developing your brand, make sure you have others to do some of the more menial tasks to keep your operation going, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best.

Life Coaching Statistics You Need To Know

By Brue Baker

More and more people are starting to seek the help of a life coach to help them through tough and challenging periods in their lives. While life coaching is still a relatively new field, it has been around long enough for us to glean a proper insight into how well it is helping people to make positive changes in their lives.

When you look at the life coaching statistics that are available, you can see that for the most part they are getting their money's worth and receiving the help they need.

Who Uses the Services of a Life Coach?

Not surprisingly, life coaching statistics state that over two thirds of the people who turn to a life coach to help them improve their lives are women. This is probably to be expected, as it's commonly known that women are more likely to seek help to solve their problems than men.

It's also a fact that many people who decide to see a life coach are in their early 40s when they make this decision. Could this be evidence of the mid-life crisis that is supposed to hit us when we reach this age? If it is, at least many of us are sensible enough to seek help to overcome the feelings and life changes that can happen around this time.

It never seems as if we have enough hours in the day and a life coach can help us prioritize and know what tasks are necessary and what ones aren't, thus increasing our time management.

How Do People See a Life Coach?

When we think of any kind of life coach, we tend to imagine a similar scenario to seeing a psychiatrist, lying on a couch while they ask questions about why we feel a certain way. In reality this isn't always the case.

According to life coaching statistics, a whopping 95 per cent of life coaching sessions take place on the telephone, rather than in person. Ironically this has to do with how hectic people's lives have become, which is why they usually seek a life coach in the first place.

Life coaches differ from psychologists in that instead of addressing feelings and emotions they address your life's goals and they try to put you on the right path to achieve those goals.

Life coaching statistics also reveal that a hefty two-thirds of people who see a coach find they are more self aware after having done so. This is probably the best outcome you could have from a life coaching session, as it can benefit you in so many different ways.

If you are not where you want to be in life you should consider seeing a professional life coach. They can help you get things sorted out. However, make sure that the person you choose has a lot of experience and can tailor their coaching to your specific needs.

Reach for Success Inside Your Business Endeavors

By Terrence Cohen

We all have potential for greatness / success. No matter what our race may be, what religion we subscribe to, or what culture we follow because greatness / success knows no bounds. What we need to figure out is how to reach that promised greatness / success. We need to unleash the success inside all of us, and follow the path we have chosen until the very end.

Some of us may have chosen the straight and narrow road; others may have chosen crooked and unmarked trails. We may not want to be in our situations now, but by enduring all tribulations and moving on is already a clear sign of success.

Winners All

A winner or success is often defined as a person who wins or a victor. We all have our own personal and business battles to conquer; and even though we refuse to admit it, we have won a number of them over the years. We may be struggling with more in our daily lives, hurdles which we have not yet overcome, but we will resolve everything in due time.

Often, we associate winners or success as those select few who have won competitively in sports or the ones sitting in corner suites of business establishments. However, winners are never defined by the titles we acquire at work or the trophies sitting on our mantle. Most of our battles are won without press releases, without medals, without recognitions.

We are all successful. He have struggled with life and business in most ways other people will never get to experience and we all hold victories that other people will never get to have. If you believe that you are a winner or successful, then you are probably right.

The Warrior Within

Unleashing the warrior within is one way of bringing out the success in all of us. We all posses inner strength and resilience, and of course, we have the cunning necessary to tackle the problems we have.

One of the best ways of finding that warrior inside us is to simply believe in our ability to handle any situation that fate might throw at us. Usually, at the face of danger or downfall, we still find something to cling on to, some hope, or a ray of light that we can use to find safe passage through darkness. This is inner strength. And we always learn to adapt to unusual circumstances anyway, no matter how difficult it seems at first. This is resilience.

And by simply believing that we can so much in any particular situation and then moving forward to see the outcome is our inborn cunningness: a primal need to survive. We all have these physiological tools, and releasing the warrior in all of us takes something as simple as believing that we can.

7 Ways To Save More Time In Your Life

By Mohamad Latiff Bin Rahim

Everyone has 24 hours in a day, only. How fast you can reach your goals in life really depends on how well you can manage these precious 24 hours. But truth be told, do we really have twenty four hours to begin with?

For the average men in a twenty-four day, 8 hours are already spent in their sleep. When you consider the 2 hour for meal time and another, 2 for traveling time, half of twenty-four hours are already spent without any work done. Now let's take into account the time spent on recreation and hobbies, with friends and miscellaneous activities such as exercising and Facebook-ing. That would bring the 12 hours to a 15.

In other words, the average men have 9 hours per day for doing productive work, the rest are spent on work-unrelated activities. Take note, the hours spent on jobs are not factored in yet.

Some people understand the importance of this, that's why there are people who reduce their sleeping, eating and recreational time; and people who start trying polyphasic sleep (an alternate sleeping pattern to the conventional monophasic sleep), photoreading (a more effective variant of speed reading), audio learning tool for en route, and expensive instant fixes to make the most out of each second and save more time in their life.

Here are 7 ways to save more time in your life:

1. Cut back on television and the Internet

With the increasing popularity of catching shows on video sharing sites, online videos must be taken into account too. The fastest way to start saving time is to cut down on the hours spent on watching shows. Not that I am putting the billion dollar industry down, but most likely, they are not the top priority for now.

2. Create routine

It is common sense that if you practise something every day, you're bound to be good in it. Create routines for your daily life. Once you have adapted to the routine, it is much easier to get things done with minimal distractions.

Secondly, by familiarizing with a daily routine, it is much easier to find out smarter and faster ways of doing things.

To start: Identify recurring activities that you have to perform, it can be work-related or domestic chores. Connect them together to form a flowing sequence of steps. Now, maintain the new routine until it becomes your second nature.

3. Find alternatives

Once a routine has been set and maintained for some time, it becomes possible to start noticing some repetitive patterns, redundant steps or time-saving shortcuts. Trim whatever is unnecessary and test out the shortcuts, it will save you time.

To start: Think back on those times when your gut feelings tell you that you are putting in more time and effort than the result you are getting. If the routines can be further improved upon, test them out. Time is precious.

4. Organize and categorize

Still remember the 9 hours we have left for real work? More often than not, trying to locate anything in a mess takes some time. This can seriously cost you a bomb, in terms of both lost opportunity costs and distraction from the clutter which will take up your time again. A logical system of categorization will save you time by allowing to get what you need the instant you need it.

If you have to frequently refer to archives or retrieve goods from a logistics nightmare, keeping the archives and inventories organized will definitely save time.

To start: If you have ever faced similar problems, the best thing to do is to reserve a date to organize and tackle the mess.

5. Multi-task

This is rather subjective. Some actions should never be multi-tasked, such as reading the news while having dinner; or messaging your friends on the cellphone while driving. It is public consensus that they pose certain risk to our health or others' safety. Otherwise, it is possible to multi-task in order to save time.

I know of a friend who is no stranger to multitasking. He lifts weights while reading, trains his mind while sleeping (he uses a brainwave entrainment audio program) and easily alternates between his workloads. He had proven to me that he can perform them with ease, but it comes with practice.

To start: It is not necessary to become an eight-legged octopus like my friend. For a start, it is better to get accustomed to the aforementioned routine first. Multitasking will follow naturally. If you like to get hands on now, consider scanning your computer for spyware as you read this.

6. Plan ahead of distractions

The 'Law of Straight Line' in Simple-ology says it best. The shortest distance between two points is a straight line. It applies to anyone and their tasks at hand. The problem lies with distractions which draw us away from our tasks and cause everyone to take long and unnecessary detours instead of a straight path.

You have to plan ahead of these distractions to avoid them.

To start: For physical distractions such as noise, interruption and clutter, you can either remove them or avoid them. For mental distractions such as, temptations, or self-sabotaging thoughts like irrational fear (will be covered below), you may want to try processes like the 'Emotional Freedom Technique' (EFT).

7. Deal with self-sabotage

A lot of precious time is wasted on negative thoughts and thoughts that do not bear result. You may have met someone who spent days crying over spilled milk or absolutely refuse to move an inch due to irrational fear. Morally speaking, they have the right to mourn for their losses or worry about their 'safety'. Logically speaking, if their emotions are pulling them back to that extent, they have to start learning to deal with their emotions. It is taking up too much of their precious time.

To start: If you feel that your emotions are dragging your productivity down the drain, try to find out what is causing that emotion exactly. Be honest and avoid excuses, once you have pinpoint it, overcome it with 'EFT' or 'Sedona'.

Run through the 7 ways again and remember this:

"Time may be a man-made concept, but it cannot be created. Hold this truth close to your heart and bear it in your mind."

Discovering Inner Peace Can Really Improve Your Life!

By Kenneth Scott

People with pessimistic attitudes go through their lives fighting their thoughts and emotions every day. If they are rejected for a job position, they feel that they are not good enough to have any job. They start to think that everyone believes they are stupid, and the cycle of pessimism traps them into psychological immobility.

In fact, everyone experiences rejection at some time during their lives, but when your mind focuses on the negative aspects of a situation, it is hard to find inner peace.

The first step in finding inner peace is to think carefully about your goals. What are you trying to achieve, and what are you doing that will take you there? Can you realistically reach your goals, or are you setting goals that are far beyond your reach? Do you have any goals?

By putting your priorities in order, you will be on the path to peace because only chaos can result from clutter and disorganization of the mind. You can start by setting small goals that can be easily achieved. Then, instead of focusing on failure, you can see the good job you have done in reaching your goal. If you fail to reach a goal, use this situation to learn how to do better next time. Do not wallow in your failure.

When you feel good about yourself, you will have an easier time finding peace of mind. Peace is essential for happiness. If you constantly feel sad, you are living under a great weight that brings you down to a point where you could sink into a permanent state of self-pity. Self-pity only encourages negative thinking.

Remember, you are not the only person facing rejection or hurt in life. There are other people much worse off than you are. People with negative thinking miss out on inner peace because they let every little setback throw them off track. They criticize themselves for no real reason and go down a road that only leads to misery.

Sometimes, hearing the word no is a good thing. If you have lost out on a job, maybe that is for the best. What if you had been awarded a job position only to find out that it was not what you really wanted, or that you could not do it as well as you thought? Of course, maybe you like being involved in situations that may lead you to harm. Maybe someone says no to you to keep you from hurting yourself. Maybe they say no because they love you.

Every life is full of rejection, so we would do well to turn our rejections into positive actions. Taking action can lead you to inner peace because activity makes you feel more positive about a situation. Positive attitudes result in peaceful states of mind.

If you are feeling bad about yourself all the time, you need to break the cycle and get out of the habit of doing so. You can train your mind to think more positively. It will take work and effort, but it will lead you to inner peace, and this will be worthwhile.
